    Hey Eddie,
    As a vegan who loves to workout and lift, how do you manage to stay very defined but not adding a lot of bulk?


    • Brandon, I pay close attention to macro-nutrients. Like most other lean builds, plant based or not, protein stays consistently high. Carbs come earlier in the day and post workout, then healthy fats and veggies compliment proteins for the rest of the day. Nutrient timing is critical in maintaining an anabolic environment.
